Job Role: Key Account Manager – International Recruitment Location: Orrisa Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to manage international client accounts, ensure timely recruitment delivery, build robust client relationships, and drive client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Manage assigned international client accounts.

Understand client hiring requirements and workforce plans.

Coordinate with recruitment teams for timely closures.

Track hiring KPIs (TAT, closures, client satisfaction).

Conduct regular client review meetings and resolve escalations.

Identify opportunities for account growth and business expansion.

Maintain recruitment reports and client documentation.

Handle recruitment requirements across GCC/Middle East markets, including:

Construction (Civil, MEP, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure)

Hospitality

Drivers (Light, Heavy, Bus & Truck)

Healthcare





Manufacturing, Facility Management, Retail, and other Blue & White Collar hiring.

Requirements 6+ years of experience in Recruitment/Staffing.

Minimum 2+ years in Account Management or Client Handling.

Robust knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Experience managing multiple client accounts.

Proficiency in MS Office and ATS.

Candidates with GCC/Middle East recruitment experience will be preferred. Perks
