The Learning &
Capability Manager is responsible for designing and executing the organization's learning, leadership development, and capability-building strategy. This role partners closely with business leaders, HR, and external learning providers to build future-ready capabilities, accelerate leadership pipelines, and foster a culture of continuous learning. The incumbent will leverage data, digital learning technologies, and AI-enabled solutions to deliver measurable business impact through strategic learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement leadership development and capability-building programs aligned with business priorities.
Develop learning strategies, career development pathways, and talent acceleration initiatives.
Drive innovation in learning through AI-enabled solutions, microlearning, and digital learning platforms.
Lead the implementation and optimization of LMS/LXP platforms, including LinkedIn Learning and other digital content providers.
Measure learning effectiveness, ROI,



and business impact using data and analytics.
Support organizational change through learning interventions during transformation initiatives.
Partner with business leaders, HR, and external vendors to identify capability needs and deliver effective learning solutions.

Qualifications &
Experience
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field
Master's degree preferred.
6 - 10 years of experience in Learning &
Development, Talent Development, or Capability Building.
Experience with leadership development, digital learning platforms, LMS/LXP, learning analytics, and change management.
