We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Learning &
Development (L&D;) Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, conducting, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and overall performance.
Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs.
Conduct induction and onboarding sessions for recent employees.
Identify training needs through performance reviews and business requirements.
Prepare training calendars, training materials, and assessment reports.
Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Maintain training records, attendance, and documentation.
Coordinate with department heads to ensure continuous employee development.
Drive employee engagement and learning initiatives.
Qualifications

Mandatory: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management (MBA).

Preferred:
Candidates with a Hotel Management background.




Experience in Food &
Beverage (F&B;)

operations.
Prior experience as a Trainer or in a Learning &
Development role.

Skills Required
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Solid interpersonal and facilitation abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to create training content and learning materials.
Solid organizational and coordination skills.
Positive attitude with a passion for employee development.

Experience
2–4 years of experience in Learning &
Development, Training, Hospitality, or a related field.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
