Dedicated programs support developers through Claude Code training and targeted Claude certification preparation, creating a robust learning pathway for technology professionals.

Role Description The Learning and Development Specialist intern will support the design, delivery, and improvement of training programs focused on GenAI tools and Claude-based educational offerings. On a day-to-day basis, the intern will assist in creating instructional materials, organizing training sessions, and maintaining learning resources for participants.

Responsibilities include coordinating on-site workshops, collecting feedback from learners, and helping update content based on evolving best practices and learner needs.



The intern will collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts to ensure training sessions run smoothly and are aligned with program objectives. This is an internship role, based on-site in Udaipur.

Qualifications

Ability to demonstrate skills in Training & Development, including supporting the design and delivery of learning programs.

Experience or interest in Learning Management, such as organizing sessions, tracking participation, and maintaining learning records.

Foundational knowledge of Instructional Design, with the ability to assist in creating transparent, engaging, and structured training materials.

Robust Communication and Coaching skills to interact effectively with learners and support their progress.

Interest in GenAI, Claude tools, and technology-focused training settings.

Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Technology, or a related field.

Ability to work on-site in Udaipur, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency with common productivity and presentation tools; prior experience with learning platforms or LMS is an advantage.
