Nirmeeti Nexus Spaces LLP is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 1.5–3 years of experience to join our growing team in Kothrud, Pune. The ideal candidate should have a passion for design, strong technical skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, and detailed working drawings.
Develop 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
Create 3D models and realistic renders using SketchUp, Enscape/Lumion or similar software.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and site teams.
Conduct site visits, take measurements, and monitor project progress.
Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and presentation drawings.
Assist in material selection, colour schemes, and design development.
Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
Enscape / Lumion / V-Ray / Revit (Preferred)
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Valuable communication and presentation skills
Strong knowledge of residential and commercial interior detailing
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualification
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
Experience
1.5–3 years in Residential and/or Commercial Interior Design.
