Role & responsibilities
Achieve individual and team sales targets for gold, diamond, silver, and precious jewellery.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience by understanding customer needs and providing personalized jewellery recommendations.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Demonstrate robust product knowledge, including jewellery designs, purity, diamonds, gemstones, pricing, and current trends.
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize average bill value and overall store sales.
Assist in visual merchandising, showroom presentation, and maintaining attractive product displays.
Ensure accurate billing, documentation, and adherence to company policies and operational procedures.
Support inventory management by maintaining stock accuracy, assisting with stock counts, and ensuring proper handling of jewellery.
Mentor and guide junior sales associates by sharing product knowledge and best sales practices.
Handle customer queries, resolve concerns professionally, and support the Store Manager in achieving overall showroom objectives.

Preferred candidate profile
Jewellery retail experience is mandatory.
Minimum 3 to 7 years of experience in jewellery retail sales, with experience handling premium customers.




Solid knowledge of gold, diamond, silver, gemstones, jewellery designs, purity, and pricing.
Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
Experience in upselling, cross-selling, and increasing average bill value.
Good knowledge of billing processes, inventory handling, and showroom operations.
Fluency in Kannada and English is required; knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
Well-groomed, customer-focused, self-motivated, and willing to work on weekends and during festive seasons.
