Responsibilities

· Analyze raw data from various sources including sales, customer engagement, website traffic, social media platforms and other marketing/sales technologies.

· Interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to marketing strategies and objectives.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.

· Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key findings and metrics.

· Assist in the implementation of data collection methods, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data.

· Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address specific marketing questions or challenges.

· Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics and marketing.

· Participate in meetings and presentations to share insights, findings, and recommendations with stakeholders.

· Support Director of Marketing Ops & Demand Gen in data modeling, segmentation, and predictive analytics projects.





· Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis processes and methodologies within the marketing team.

Knowledge, Abilities & Skills:

· Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

· Knowledge of marketing concepts, strategies, and KPIs.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a rapid-paced workplace and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Three years previous experience or internships in data analysis or marketing roles is advantageous.

· BS/BA degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field

· Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel.

· Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Marketo Revenue Explorer or similar) is a plus.

· Marketing/email automation platform experience

· CRM platform experience
