Role Description This is a full time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Bengaluru.

The Interior

Designer will collaborate with clients to understand requirements, develop design concepts, and create detailed layouts and presentations. Day-to-day responsibilities include space planning, selecting materials and finishes, coordinating FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and preparing construction drawings and documentation. The role involves working closely with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is accurately executed on-site and projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The Interior

Designer will also conduct site visits, support project coordination,



and maintain design quality and brand standards across residential and commercial projects.

Qualifications
Robust skills in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to create functional, aesthetically compelling layouts.
Knowledge of Architecture principles and their application in interior projects, including coordination with structural and MEP teams.
Ability to produce transparent, accurate Construction Drawings and technical documentation for execution on site.
Experience with FF&E; selection, specification, and coordination, including materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.
Proficiency in design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Enscape, V ray 3D rendering tools, Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
Excellent communication, client-facing, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design concepts clearly.
Strong project coordination and time management abilities, with attention to detail and quality control on-site.
Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior experience in residential or commercial interiors is an advantage.
