Roles & responsibilities The Associate Director is accountable for leading multiple teams and overseeing end-to-end operations and delivery across Managed Services engagements. This role ensures service excellence, client outcomes, governance, and continuous improvement across the full service lifecycle. •Provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple delivery teams,

aligning priorities, capacity, and delivery standards.

•Own end-to-end service delivery, including transition, steady-state operations,

release/change management, escalations, and service continuity.

•Establish governance with clients and internal stakeholders through business reviews, SLA/KPI tracking, risk management, contractual commitments, and executive reporting.

•Build senior client relationships by proactively managing expectations,





satisfaction, outcomes, and prospects for value creation.

•Lead managers and solution experts by setting goals, coaching talent, managing performance, and building capability across multiple platform teams

(Oracle/Coupa/S2P/P2P managed services.)

•Drive process standardization, quality controls, automation, and continuous improvement to improve efficiency, scalability, and predictability.

•Partner with sales, product, and delivery leadership on renewals,

upsell/cross-sell, solution improvements, and priority issue resolution while ensuring compliance with policies and best practices.
