Coordination for all internal and external audits. Scheduling of audits cross all sites and regular interaction with site stakeholders for scheduling and coordination for smooth audits.
To be present in person for audits internal and external as required per site specific requirements
Identification, observation and reporting of sampling and checking of audit observations at site in proportion to observations population and coordination for closure with respective site stakeholders.
Monitoring and coordination of audit observations with site team and escalations to competent authority for productive closure.
Identification , monitoring and controlling audits observations and value addition with peoper review for mitigation of repeated audit observations
Preparation of audit checklist as per findings of exyternal and internal audits for last five years, Assessment and checking in regular and scheduled visit and education to site including training and awareness to mitigate .




In person presence for external auditors during audits
Preperation of audit calendar and scheduling including coordination with HO , purchase and site team .
Validation and review , discussion with supersior of audit findings and resport before sharing with site team
Management dash board for audits summary and aanlsysis
Timely reporting of audits analysis , way forward and active participation in MMR for proper review and presentation
Coordination with client stakeholders to ensure common understanding and resolution .
Coordination for audits observations , budgeting , scheduling and resolution
Monitoring and analysis of EDCs with site team and follow up for achieving EDCs and reasons if deviation observed and escalation /coordination for high value observation closure including best practices , benchmarks. Wish list suggested by auditors .
