Job Title: Interior Designer

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)

Office Timings: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation (CTC): ₹30,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Interior Designer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming space concepts into functional, aesthetic technical drawings and visual designs. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and project teams directly from our office.

Key Responsibilities
Concept & Design Development: Prepare 2D space layouts, detailed technical floor plans, and working drawings using AutoCAD.
Visual Representation: Create hand sketches, mood boards, color schemes, and 3D interior renders using design software to communicate ideas effectively to clients.
Material Selection: Source and select suitable materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and hardware within project budgets and design themes.
Drafting & Documentation: Produce detailed elevation drawings, electrical & plumbing layouts, carpentry drawings, and ceiling plans for execution teams.
Client & Vendor Coordination:



Communicate with clients to understand site requirements and coordinate with site supervisors and vendors to ensure designs are executed accurately.

Key Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional interior design experience (agency or architectural firm experience preferred).
Technical Skills:
Robust proficiency in AutoCAD (2D layout & technical detailing).
Hands-on expertise in design software such as 3D Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Photoshop, or Revit.
Excellent freehand sketching and manual drawing abilities.
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related creative field.
Core Abilities: Strong understanding of space planning, material properties, color theory, and construction details.
Soft Skills: Clear communication, time management, and the ability to work in office under target deadlines.

What We Offer
Fixed CTC of ₹30,000 / month.
Consistent daytime working hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
Collaborative in-office working environment with direct exposure to live projects.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
