About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Associate – International & Domestic to manage lead generation, qualify prospects, and support the sales team by building a solid sales pipeline. The ideal candidate should have experience in inside sales, lead management, or chemical sales and possess excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify domestic and international sales leads.

Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups.

Schedule meetings with qualified prospects for the sales team.

Maintain and update lead data in the CRM.

Track lead performance and prepare reports.

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead conversion. Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in Chemical Sales, Lead Management, Inside Sales, or Indirect Sales.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Experience using CRM tools and MS Office.

Goal-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
