Job Title: Fabrication Operator / Fabricator

Job Purpose To manufacture sheet metal components as per engineering drawings by performing fabrication processes while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Read and understand engineering drawings and work instructions.
Perform sheet metal fabrication activities such as cutting, punching, bending, drilling, tapping, grinding, and welding (if applicable).
Operate fabrication machines safely and efficiently.
Check dimensions using measuring instruments (Vernier caliper, measuring tape, etc.).
Ensure fabricated parts meet quality specifications.
Report any machine breakdown, defects, or material shortages to the supervisor.
Maintain daily production records.
Follow 5S, housekeeping, and safety practices.
Minimize material wastage and rework.
Coordinate with the Production, Quality, and Store departments.
Follow company rules, SOPs, and quality standards.

Department: Assembly Job Title: Assembly Operator / Assembly Technician





Job Purpose To assemble electrical distribution boxes/panels as per engineering drawings and work instructions while ensuring quality, safety, and timely production.

Key Responsibilities
Assemble sheet metal and electrical components according to approved drawings and BOM.
Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly fixtures correctly.
Verify the correct parts before assembly.
Ensure proper fitment, alignment, and fastening of components.
Conduct visual inspection and basic functional checks before forwarding to the next process.
Report damaged or missing materials to the supervisor.
Maintain production and assembly records.
Follow SOPs, quality standards, and safety procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area (5S).
Coordinate with the Fabrication, Powder Coating, Quality, and Store departments.
Meet daily production targets with minimum rejection and rework.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
