Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Chennai.

The Interior

Designer will develop design concepts, prepare mood boards and layouts, and translate client requirements into practical and visually compelling interior solutions. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, preparing drawings and documentation, selecting materials and finishes, coordinating FF&E;, and collaborating with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is maintained during execution. The role also involves site visits, quality checks,



and participation in client meetings for presentations, feedback, and design revisions, while adhering to project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to create functional, aesthetic layouts.

Knowledge of Architecture principles and coordination with architectural teams for integrated design solutions.

Proficiency in preparing Construction Drawings and technical documentation for on-site execution.

Experience with FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection, specification, and coordination.

Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).

Robust visualization, presentation, and communication skills, with attention to detail.

Ability to work on-site in Chennai, collaborate in a team environment, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
