Role Description The Management Information System Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Morbi. This role is responsible for managing and updating MIS data, preparing regular and ad hoc reports, and ensuring data accuracy across various business functions.

The Executive will work closely with different departments to collect, validate, and analyze information, turning data into actionable insights for management decision-making.



Daily activities include maintaining MIS dashboards, streamlining reporting processes, supporting performance tracking, and communicating key findings to stakeholders. The role also involves identifying opportunities to improve information systems and reporting efficiency.

Qualifications Requirements

Basic knowledge of Information Systems (IS) and Management Information Systems (MIS).

Good analytical skills and the ability to prepare MIS reports.

Robust communication skills to work with different teams.

Proficiency in MS Excel, spreadsheets, and basic database or ERP software.

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Valuable attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work with large amounts of data.

Experience in manufacturing, ceramics, or a similar industry will be an added advantage.
