Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Associate to support the organization's legal, contractual, regulatory, and compliance functions. The ideal candidate should have experience in FinTech, NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services, with a solid understanding of RBI regulations, digital lending guidelines, contract management, and legal documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, negotiate, and vet legal agreements, including NDAs, vendor agreements, service agreements, employment contracts, customer agreements, and partnership agreements.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, RBI regulations, Digital Lending Guidelines, Companies Act, and other statutory requirements.
Provide legal support to business, operations, HR, finance, technology, and product teams.
Handle legal notices, customer complaints, litigation support, and dispute resolution.
Coordinate with external legal counsels, advocates,



and regulatory authorities.
Review loan agreements, financing documents, recovery notices, and collection-related legal matters.
Support legal due diligence for partnerships, vendors, and business transactions.
Monitor changes in regulatory and legal frameworks affecting the FinTech and digital lending industry.
Maintain legal documentation, contract repository, and compliance records.
Assist in policy drafting, legal research, and internal governance matters.
Provide legal advice on data privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property, and corporate governance.
Support recovery and enforcement actions in coordination with collections and risk teams.

Required Qualifications
LL.B. (Mandatory)
LL.M. (Preferred)
3–5 years of relevant experience in FinTech, NBFC, Banking, or Corporate Legal.
