Advise on new business opportunities, market expansion, and strategic projects through legal feasibility assessments, regulatory analysis, and proactive risk mitigation strategies.
Manage litigation, arbitration, and regulatory proceedings, working closely with external counsel to mitigate risk and drive commercially favorable outcomes.
Establish contract standards,
