We are looking for a practical and detail-oriented Interior Designer who can handle both design development and in office coordination. The role requires someone who understands not just aesthetics, but also execution, drawings, and real-world site challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare 2D drawings (AutoCAD) including layouts, working drawings, and detailing
Coordinate with site team for execution of interior works
Assist in material selection, BOQs, and specifications
Ensure design intent is maintained during execution
Visit sites regularly and resolve design-related issues on site
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants
Support in client discussions and presentations when required

Required Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD (must)
Basic knowledge of SketchUp / Photoshop
Strong understanding of materials, finishes,



and detailing
Ability to handle site + office coordination together
Positive communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Candidate:
Experience in residential / commercial / government projects
Someone who is hands-on and execution-focused, not just design-oriented
Can work in a fast-paced environment and take ownership
