Role & responsibilities

Business Analysis & Process Improvement • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
Gather, interpret, and analyze data to support business decision-making.
Prepare business requirement documents, process maps, and solution proposals.
Assist in testing, validation, and deployment of recent systems and enhancements.
Support digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare reports, presentations, and project updates for stakeholders.

Application

Integration & Technology Solutions • Support the design and implementation of application and system integration solutions.
Assist in developing and maintaining APIs and interfaces between enterprise applications.
Work closely with IT teams and business users to understand integration requirements.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration-related issues.




Support data migration and application enhancement projects.
Maintain process and technical documentation related to integrations.
Ensure adherence to data security, privacy, and governance standards.
Provide user support and assist in user training whenever required.
