Ability to validate job requirements and take ownership of the complete recruitment cycle.
Establish robust working relationships with various stakeholders to maintain an integrated team approach.
Strong Internet sourcing skills using ATS and various job boards (i.e.: Naukri, linkedin etc.).
Ability to multi task in a rapid paced setting.
