Key Responsibilities
Arrange vehicles as per dispatch requirements.
Coordinate with transporters for timely vehicle placement.
Track vehicles until delivery and provide shipment updates.
Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team for dispatch planning.
Ensure timely dispatch and resolve transportation issues.
Maintain logistics records and MIS reports.
Verify vehicle documents and transporter details.
Coordinate with Dispatch and Warehouse teams for smooth loading operations.
Skills Required
Solid coordination and communication skills.
Valuable knowledge of logistics and transportation operations.
Computer savvy with proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
ERP/SAP knowledge will be an added advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery timelines.
