Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mahasamund.

The Job

Title role will involve managing day-to-day operational activities, supporting business targets, and delivering high-quality customer service in alignment with Bajaj Finserv’s standards.

Responsibilities may include handling customer queries, processing applications and documentation, coordinating with internal teams for approvals, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, generating periodic reports,



and contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess solid communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Candidates should possess solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain documentation accurately.

Candidates should possess basic financial and analytical skills to understand products, interpret data, and support decision-making.

Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office and comfort with digital tools and systems used for customer management and reporting.

Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, finance, or a related field is preferred; relevant work experience in financial services or NBFCs is an advantage.

Ability to work on-site in Mahasamund, maintain a high level of integrity, and adhere to regulatory and organizational guidelines.
