Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.

The Job

Title role involves planning and executing activities and initiatives that align with the organization’s mission of spreading joy and hope. Day-to-day responsibilities may include coordinating events or community programs, engaging with participants and partners, and maintaining explicit communication with team members. The role also includes documenting activities, collecting feedback, and supporting continuous improvement of outreach and engagement efforts.



The individual in this role will work closely with colleagues to ensure each initiative is well-organized, inclusive, and impactful.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse groups and stakeholders.
Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to plan, coordinate, and deliver multiple activities or programs.
Candidates should possess problem-solving and adaptability skills to respond to changing needs and circumstances in in office settings.
Candidates should possess basic documentation and reporting skills to record activities, feedback, and outcomes accurately.
Candidates should possess empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a genuine interest in community well-being and social impact.
Relevant experience in community outreach, events coordination, social work, or non-profit initiatives is beneficial.
A diploma or degree in social sciences, humanities, communications, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
