Job Title: Logistics Coordinator Experience: 2–4 Years Location: As per company requirement We are looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage day-to-day transportation operations and coordinate with drivers for timely pickups and deliveries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Part Load (PL) and Full Load (FL) operations, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage logistics efficiently.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate with drivers and transporters to ensure timely vehicle placement, pickup, and delivery.
Manage Part Load (PL) and Full Load (FL) shipments efficiently.
Plan routes and monitor vehicle movement to ensure on-time deliveries.
Maintain regular communication with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
Resolve transit-related issues and provide timely shipment updates.
Update shipment details and maintain records in CRM and Microsoft Excel.
Prepare daily logistics reports, trip status, and delivery updates.
Coordinate with warehouses and customers for smooth dispatch and delivery operations.
Ensure all logistics documentation is accurate and complete.
Requirements 2–4 years of experience in logistics coordination.
Hands-on experience in Part Load (PL) and Full Load (FL) operations is mandatory.
Solid coordination skills with drivers and transporters.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM software.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple shipments simultaneously.
