Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive outreach and relationship-building. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting sales calls and online demonstrations, and converting prospects into active customers.

The role involves maintaining regular contact with existing clients, understanding their shipping needs, and offering suitable logistics solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Specialist will collaborate with operations and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues promptly. This position also requires accurate documentation of interactions in CRM tools, preparation of basic sales reports, and contribution to continuous improvement of sales processes.

Qualifications
Strong Inside Sales skills, including lead qualification, prospecting, and conversion
Experience in Lead Generation and pipeline management through calls, emails, and online channels
Focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to build long-term client relationships
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and professional presentation style
Basic understanding of logistics, shipping, or related industries is an advantage
Comfort using CRM systems and productivity tools for tracking leads and sales activities
Ability to work in office in Surat, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets
Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
