Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division.

The Job

Title will support day-to-day operations related to EV mobility services, coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth employee transportation and logistics.

Responsibilities may include monitoring fleet performance, assisting with route planning and scheduling, tracking service quality,



and supporting the implementation of technology-driven solutions. The role also involves maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards, preparing basic reports or documentation, and collaborating with operations, customer service, and technical teams to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications
Ability to coordinate transportation or logistics activities and support fleet operations using basic technology tools and software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams, drivers, and corporate clients.
Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and basic data handling skills for tracking performance and preparing operational updates.
Understanding or interest in electric vehicles, sustainable mobility, or fleet management practices is highly beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced, operations-driven setting.
Relevant education in business, logistics, operations, engineering, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in transportation or mobility services is an advantage.
