We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Legal Advisor to provide legal guidance and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Provide legal advice on immigration, education, employment, and business-related matters.
Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
Ensure the company's operations comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Identify and mitigate legal risks affecting the business.
Coordinate with external advocates, legal authorities, and regulatory bodies when required.
Advise management on legal implications of business decisions.
Maintain legal records and documentation.
Support the HR and management teams on employment and corporate legal matters.
Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements
LL.B. or LL.M. degree from a recognized university.




Valid enrollment with the Bar Council (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of legal experience. Experience in immigration, education, corporate, or employment law is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of Indian legal and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
