Role Purpose

Own and drive LRD business within the ABG ecosystem by building a highquality pipeline, leading deal structuring, and ensuring timebound closures with strong focus on asset quality, tet strength, and conversion efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
EcosystemLed Pipeline Creation
Anchor LRD opportunity sourcing across ABG entities (corporates, commercial assets, grouplinked )
Build a qualified, highvalue pipeline of leasebacked opportunities
Position ABHFL as the preferred LRD partner within ABG ecosystem
Stakeholder Management (Critical Success Lever)
Build robust relationships with CFOs, CRE teams, and business heads within ABG
Drive proactive engagement repeat opportunities crossentity scale
Enable internal alignment for faster decisionmaking

3 . Deal Ownership Structuring
Lead endtoend deal lifecycle: Lead Login Credit Sanction Disbursal
Work with Credit, Legal Technical teams to structure viable, riskcalibrated LRD proposals
Ensure solid underwriting inputs (tet profile, lease strength,



rental sustainability)
Performance Tracking Visibility
Track pipeline movement, conversion ratios disbursal outcomes
Maintain centralized LRD MIS for ABG segment
Provide clear visibility to leadership on closures, risks pipeline depth
Proactively identify resolve bottlenecks (documentation, approvals, structuring gaps)
Drive TAT adherence and faster deal closures

Success Metrics (KPIs)
LRD pipeline ( Cr) from ABG ecosystem
Disbursal volume conversion ratio

Desired Profile
6 10 years in LRD / CRE lending / structured fice
Solid expertise in lease cashflow evaluation deal structuring
High ownership, commercial acumen + execution rigor
