Instagram Content Creator and Social Media Manager

About the Role: We're seeking a talented, AI-fluent content creator to manage our Instagram presence and design marketing collateral. You'll be the driving force behind our social media strategy, creating engaging reels, posts, and visual content daily using AI tools as your core workflow. This is a hybrid role—work from our office part-time and remotely as needed.

Key Responsibilities: Create and post Instagram content daily, including reels, carousels, and static posts aligned with our brand. Design visually compelling posts using AI design tools like Canva AI, Midjourney, or similar. Produce short-form video content and reels using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent editing software.

Edit PDFs, brochures, and marketing collateral we provide into social-media-ready formats. Build and maintain a monthly content calendar and batch-create content in advance. Use AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to draft captions, content ideas, and messaging.

Monitor

Instagram performance and adjust content strategy based on engagement and reach. Stay updated on Instagram trends, Reels algorithm changes, and best practices.

Must-Have Skills: Proficiency with AI tools—Canva AI,



Midjourney, ChatGPT, or similar. Advanced video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Strong understanding of Instagram algorithm, Reels best practices, and social media trends. Ability to design qualified marketing collateral from briefs. Self-motivated, fast-paced, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Portfolio or examples of previous Instagram management or content creation work.

Nice to Have: Basic understanding of SEO and hashtag strategy. Experience with scheduling tools like Buffer or Later. Familiarity with other platforms like LinkedIn.

What We're Looking For: Someone who uses AI every single day as part of their workflow—not occasionally. You're comfortable learning current tools quickly and experimenting. You can turn rough briefs into polished content. You take ownership of our brand's visual identity on Instagram.

Salary: 3 to 8 lakhs annually, depending on experience and performance.

Start Date: IMMEDIATE OR WITHIN ONE TO TWO WEEKS.

Location: Hybrid—split between our office and work from home.
