Role Description The Logistics Manager for Austria Prospects is a full-time, in office role based in Austria. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing logistics activities related to client placements and services connected to Austria, including managing shipment timelines, documentation, and resource allocation.

Manager will monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, and optimize supply chain processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services. The role also includes tracking performance metrics, resolving logistics issues, maintaining accurate records,



and collaborating with customer service teams to support clients throughout the process.

Manager will work closely with management to improve logistics strategies and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management to plan, coordinate, and optimize end-to-end operations.
Strong Inventory Management skills to monitor stock levels, maintain accurate records, and support timely availability of materials and documents.
Experience in Procurement to manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective sourcing of services and supplies.
Customer Service skills to collaborate with client-facing teams, support client needs, and resolve logistics-related concerns professionally.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant skilled certifications are an advantage.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills; familiarity with logistics software or ERP systems is beneficial.
Experience with international logistics or relocation processes, particularly European destinations, is a plus.
