Role Description The Logistics Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Raipur. This role is responsible for overseeing daily logistics operations, including planning and coordinating transportation, monitoring shipment schedules, and ensuring timely deliveries.

Manager will manage inventory levels, collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams, and optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency. The role includes managing relationships with customers, vendors, and carriers, resolving operational issues, and maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with company policies.

Manager will also analyze performance data, implement process improvements, and support cross-functional projects to enhance overall service quality.

Qualifications

Robust Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management skills, with experience overseeing end-to-end operations.

Proficiency in Inventory Management, including tracking stock levels and coordinating with warehouse teams.

Experience in Procurement, vendor coordination, and basic contract or rate negotiation.

Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle queries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships.

Relevant work experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.

Ability to analyze data, use logistics or ERP software, and make data-driven decisions.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
