Handle and supervise Multiple projects simultaneously.
Visit project sites regularly and monitor daily work progress.
Manage labour, Vendors, and quality of work.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and quality standards.
Coordinate with clients and provide regular updates on project progress.
Ensure projects are completed within the committed timeline.
Take complete ownership during project handover and be willing to work additional hours when required to meet deadlines.
Candidate Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, interior Design, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in interior fit-out/site execution.
Robust communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel across project sites in Bangalore.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
