Role Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end interior fit-out projects from planning to completion.
Prepare project schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and consultants.
Supervise site execution and ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Monitor project progress, resolve site issues, and maintain project documentation.
Manage procurement, vendor negotiations, and material deliveries.
Provide regular project updates and coordinate project handovers.

Required Skills
Robust project management and site execution skills.
Experience in vendor and contractor management.
Knowledge of interior fit-outs, construction materials, and project costing.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, or similar tools.




Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred
Experience in retail, hospitality, entertainment, or commercial interior projects.
Ability to interpret architectural and interior drawings.

Willingness to travel to project sites.

Compensation & Advantages:
Probation (3 Months): ₹22,500/month
Commitment Period: 2 Years
Working Hours: 9 hours/day, 6 days/week

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
