Role Description The Junior Interior Designer will support the design team in developing residential and commercial interior projects from concept to execution. This full time, on-site role is based in Gurugram and involves assisting with space planning, preparing mood boards and presentations, and contributing to design concepts and layouts. Daily responsibilities include drafting and updating interior drawings, coordinating FF&E; selections, and collaborating with senior designers, architects, and vendors.

The role also requires site visits, measuring spaces,



supporting design documentation, and helping ensure that designs are implemented accurately and on schedule.

Designer will be expected to maintain organized project files and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Interior Design with practical skills in space planning and FF&E; selection.

Basic understanding of Architecture principles and their application in interiors.

Ability to prepare and interpret construction drawings and related technical documentation.

Proficiency in design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software).

Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.

Attention to detail, creativity, and a portfolio demonstrating design potential.

Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site and visit project locations as needed.

Willingness to learn, adapt to project requirements, and manage time effectively in a quick-paced workplace.
