Preferred candidate profile Observability Platform MUST HAVE:
6 + years of hands-on experience with New Relics observability platform.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to observability data collection, visualization, and alerting.
Best practices in observability and APM (Application Performance Monitoring - Java / NodeJS / .Net / Python).
Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud settings. (Custom Instrumentation ) - Familiarity with Real User Monitoring (RUM), Synthetic Monitoring, and Log Analysis.
Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of observability tools.

GOOD TO HAVE
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
DevOps experience will be an added advantage.
Recent Relic certification (e.g.,



Recent Relic Certified Performance Pro).
Knowledge of container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes) and serverless computing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance monitoring, logging, and tracing capabilities.

NICE TO HAVE
Experience with other observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Splunk, or Prometheus).
