Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gift hampers.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Prepare quotations and coordinate orders with the operations team.
Build robust customer relationships and ensure an excellent buying experience.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Maintain customer records and update lead status.
Skills Required • Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken and written).
Good communication and convincing skills.
Confident in handling customer calls and WhatsApp chats.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a quick-paced startup setting
