IWMS System Administrator (TRIRIGA / FM:Systems) Experience : 5+ Years Job Type : Full-Time Job Overview We are looking for an experienced IWMS System Administrator with solid hands-on expertise in IBM TRIRIGA and/or FM:Systems (OpenBlue). In this role, you will administer, configure, and optimize our Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS). You will collaborate closely with real estate and facilities teams, leveraging your AutoCAD knowledge to ensure seamless space planning and drawing coordination.

Key Responsibilities System Administration & Security : Oversee day-to-day administration of the IWMS platform, managing user profiles, roles, security groups, and access permissions.

Configuration & Customization : Configure core system settings, business rules, custom forms, fields, lookups, and organizational/location hierarchies.

Workflow Engineering : Design, build, and maintain automated business workflows to streamline facilities operations.





Reporting & Analytics : Develop and support custom reports, queries, and executive dashboards based on stakeholder needs.

CAD & Space Management : Utilize AutoCAD to manage floor plans, update drawing layers, and coordinate space planning within the IWMS workplace.

Key Requirements 5+ years of direct experience administering enterprise IWMS platformsspecifically IBM TRIRIGA and/or FM:Systems (OpenBlue).

Solid practical understanding of AutoCAD for facilities drawing synchronization and space classification.

Proven track record in configuring workflows, business logic, and security models.

Hands-on proficiency in SQL, BIRT, or native IWMS reporting tools.
