Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Interior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, understanding client requirements, presenting interior design solutions, and converting leads into successful projects. The candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on sales leads through walk-ins, referrals, online inquiries, and outbound calls.
Meet prospective clients to understand their interior design requirements and budgets.
Present interior design solutions, products, and services to customers.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and cost estimates.
Coordinate with the design and project execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Conduct site visits and client meetings when required.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly.
Stay updated on the latest interior design trends, materials,



and market competition.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
1–5 years of experience in Interior Sales, Furniture Sales, Modular Kitchen Sales, Home Décor Sales, or Real Estate Sales.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong customer handling and closing abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
