SMART Training Resources India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking passionate and experienced Japanese and German Language Trainers to deliver high-quality language training to students, graduates, and working professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong language proficiency, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to prepare learners for international certifications and career prospects.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging classroom and online training sessions in Japanese or German.

Train students for internationally recognized language proficiency exams (JLPT for Japanese / Goethe-Zertifikat for German).

Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.

Conduct speaking, listening, reading, and writing practice sessions.

Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Conduct mock tests and revision sessions before certification exams.

Encourage interactive and practical language learning through activities and real-life scenarios.

Maintain attendance, student performance records, and training reports.

Coordinate with the academic team to ensure timely course completion.

Required Skills & Qualifications





Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Professional certification in the respective language:

Japanese: JLPT N3/N2/N1 (N2 or above preferred)

German: Goethe B2/C1/C2 (B2 or above preferred)

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong classroom management and student engagement abilities.

Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online teaching platforms is an added advantage.

Experience

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in teaching Japanese or German.

Experience in training college students or working professionals is preferred.

Experience in preparing students for JLPT or Goethe certification exams will be an advantage.
