Role Description The Jr Executive –Plant Tissue Culture role is a full time, in office position based in Mumbai/Thane.

In this role, the candidates will be responsible for reviewing plant tissue culture–related products and associated documentation, including physical, chemical and microbiological evaluations. Key responsibilities include maintaining tissue culture samples record,



coordinating laboratory experiments and analyzing results and supporting method development and process optimization initiatives for research and development (R&D;) projects.

The Jr Executive will collaborate with seniors and QC personnel to ensure consistency, reliability and continual improvement of plant tissue culture products.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Laboratory Skills, including handling plant tissue culture
Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Botany, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Knowledge of plant tissue culture techniques, sterile handling and culture media preparation is highly beneficial.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a laboratory team workplace.
