What will you do?

Own end-to-end service delivery, ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and client commitments are consistently.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Ops, WFM, Quality, Training, Insights) for flawless execution.

Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure while managing scope, timelines, and resources.

Anticipate risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure seamless business continuity.

Provide regular executive-level reporting and performance insights to leadership and clients. What will you need?

2+ years of experience in the Japanese Language.
