Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, referrals, and online research.
Schedule meetings with prospective corporate clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
Prepare quotations and follow up until closure.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities.
Build long-term client relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities.
Meet monthly sales and activity targets.

Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident speaking English and Telugu (Hindi is an advantage).
Comfortable with cold calling and client meetings.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
Previous sales or insurance experience is preferred but not mandatory.
