Designation: Manager I/II - Inventory Manager

Department: City Operations Who We Are Looking For

Experience: 2 to 4 years in First-mile Operations & Inventory Management.

Education: Graduate / Postgraduate.

Core Skills: Advanced Excel, Warehouse/SCM operations experience, and Inventory Analysis.

Oversee stock accuracy, inward/outward movement, and overall inventory health across hubs and dark stores.

Control damage and shrinkage, managing space, slotting, and inventory holding plans.





Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure timely replenishment and system compliance.

Provide hourly inventory reports and ensure day-to-day operations are managed within SLAs.

Drive cost savings by focusing on Visibility, Variability, and Velocity.

Take end-to-end responsibility for facility inventory operations, interfacing cross-functionally with Customer Support, 3PLs, and Fulfillment Centers.
