Job Title: Customer Service Executive – Insurance Claims (International BPO)
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
- We are hiring Customer Service Executives for an International BPO – Insurance Claims process. This is a blended process involving both voice and non-voice support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and prior experience in an international BPO environment. Candidates with insurance claims experience will be given preference.
Eligibility
Qualification:
HSC with relevant experience
Graduate with relevant experience
Experience:
Minimum 1–6 months of experience in an International BPO
Insurance claims experience is mandatory (preferred/advantageous if you intended it differently, let me know)
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via voice and non-voice channels.




Assist customers with insurance claim-related requests and updates.
Provide accurate information while maintaining high service standards.
Document customer interactions and follow process guidelines.
Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust customer service orientation.
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Job Details
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
Working Days: 5 days a week
Weekly Offs: 2 rotational offs
Shift: Rotational 247 (including night shifts)
Process: Blended (Voice + Non-Voice)
Salary: Up to 32,000 in hand
Transportation: One-way cab facility provided
