A. Key Roles & Responsibilities
Framework Development: Support the design of results frameworks, logframes, KPIs, and monitoring systems for the project
Data Systems and MIS: Work with departments to establish a Decision Support System (DSS), data pipelines, automate reporting workflows, and develop real-time MIS dashboards for project tracking
Field-Level Monitoring: Coordinate with district teams, departments, and implementing agencies to gather on-ground data, validate progress, and capture qualitative insights
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare high-quality progress reports, visual summaries, and lending-partner-aligned updates; contribute to review meetings and briefings
Learning and Feedback Loops: Contribute to institutional knowledge of the project by documenting lessons, identifying implementation bottlenecks, and supporting mid-course corrections.

C. Qualification Criteria: Postgraduate degree in Management, Economics or Statistics from a recognised University or Qualified Institution recognised by Government. D. Experience Criteria: Minimum 3 years experience in Government or large organisations in monitoring & evaluation, designing result frameworks and conducting impact assessments of development projects; proficiency in data analysis and M & E tools; ability to use MIS and visualisation tools for reporting.
