Solid knowledge of Insurance products and basic understanding of risk assessment, policy terms, and regulatory guidelines.
Foundational Finance skills to discuss premiums, coverage value, and financial planning implications with customers.
Experience in Consulting or advisory roles, with the ability to assess customer needs and suggest suitable solutions.
Proven Customer Service skills, including handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information in straightforward, clear language.
Comfort working remotely, with positive time management, self-motivation, and proficiency in using digital tools and CRM systems.
Prior experience in insurance, banking, financial services, or related sectors is preferred.
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline; additional certifications in insurance or finance are an advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
