Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive with 2+ years of sales experience to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for FindMyGuru. The ideal candidate will engage with tutors, coaching institutes, and educational organizations, understand their business needs, and convert them into paid subscribers through consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities :
Connect with tutors, coaching institutes, and training centers to promote FindMyGuru subscription plans.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain platform features, advantages, and pricing.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
Follow up with prospects and convert them into paying customers.
Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and conversion targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in CRM.
Coordinate with the marketing team to maximize lead conversion.
Build long-term customer relationships to drive renewals and referrals.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.

Required Skills :




2+ years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, EdTech Sales, or Subscription Sales.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals.
Strong customer relationship management and objection-handling skills.
Target-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
Ability to work independently in a quick-paced workplace.

Preferred Qualifications :
Experience selling EdTech, SaaS, or subscription-based products.
Prior experience interacting with tutors, coaching institutes, or educational organizations.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
