Key Responsibilities:

Lead & Build Teams: Recruit, train, and manage frontline managers to help them build and scale high-performing advisor networks.

Drive Business Targets: Take full ownership of branch/unit targets for current business volume, total advisor recruitment, and revenue growth.

Enable & Coach: Support frontline managers through joint field visits, strategy reviews, and continuous training on leadership and sales execution.

Ensure Business Quality: Maintain high persistency, ensure strict adherence to regulatory norms, and mitigate fraud risks across the entire unit.

Others:

Candidates will have team sales targets with attractive rewards linked to overall branch/unit achievements.

Role involves field presence and local travel to support team drives, joint sales calls, and territory management.

Experience in leading sales teams in customer-facing roles is required; prior life insurance experience is preferred but not mandatory.
