Key Responsibilities: Verify customer KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN, Driving License, etc.) Ensure accurate data entry and document validation. Check customer details as per company and regulatory guidelines. Identify discrepancies and coordinate with customers for corrections. Maintain confidentiality of customer information. Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Requirements: Good communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi is an added advantage). Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace.
