Role Overview
We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to join our team in Mohali, Punjab. Your primary responsibility will be generating qualified meetings for our sales team through outbound prospecting, lead qualification and consistent follow-ups.
This is a high-energy, target-driven role ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with prospects, handling objections and creating recent business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails and LinkedIn.
Identify and engage decision-makers within target accounts.
Qualify prospects based on ICP, business need and buying intent.
Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the sales team.
Maintain structured follow-ups to maximize meeting conversions.
Update CRM accurately after every interaction.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve messaging and targeting.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly meeting targets.
What We're Looking For
Excellent verbal communication and confidence in cold calling.
Strong lead qualification and objection-handling skills.
Ability to guide conversations toward booking meetings.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Organized with strong follow-up discipline.
Preferred Experience
Inside Sales, SDR, BDR, Appointment Setting, or Lead Generation.
B2B SaaS or technology sales exposure.
Experience using prospecting or email automation tools.
